Our Story

A&L Collaboration started with a conversation between two cleaning industry professionals in Tampa, Florida. Angel Shackleford, a charismatic business coach with years of hands-on experience running Buss Down Scrub Down, and Landa Francois, an operations specialist with deep expertise in janitorial management, realized they were solving the same problems for business owners — just from different angles.

Instead of operating as competitors, Angel and Landa made a deliberate choice: combine forces. They founded A&L Collaboration to provide cleaning and janitorial businesses with what they actually need — real coaching, functional admin support, operational systems, and a community that shares knowledge instead of guarding it.

The name says it all: "A and L" — Angel and Landa. And "Collaboration" — because they believe that working together builds stronger businesses and communities than working alone ever could.

From one-on-one coaching to the Cleaner Connect community hub, everything A&L Collaboration does is rooted in that founding belief: collaboration over competition.
